Decent apartment. I have been living there for 5 years. I am very disappointed with the management unfortunately. When my fob key didn't work, I went to the office and asked for a new one. They said they couldn't access to the system. I asked 'when can I get a new fob key', they said 'you have to wait until tomorrow'.
I’ve lived in the building since 2014 and I can honestly say it’s not the worst place to live, but it’s very close. The elevators are constantly down 2/4 always out of service, the laundry room always has to have at least five washers and dryers down, water shutdown happens once a month (minimum).
