Although the apartment is very spacious and nice on the inside i advise people to look anywhere else and then have this place as your last option. Packages are constantly getting stolen and most places, besides amazon, don't bother to put the packages inside. The front door to the building is also broken which is an ex

I lived at the Berks the 21/22 school year and it’s been an amazing experience. The property is nice and our apartment is spacious. It’s also very secure which makes you feel safe. Mike the landlord is super responsive and always there if there is an issue or if we need anything. Maintenance gets issues fixed immediate
