Rent is already high, and on top of that, utilities for a four-bedroom apartment came out to around $150–170 per person each month, which is excessive compared to what’s provided. The commons might have some of the worst property management i’ve ever seen. They will put paint over mold, send new subleases into the completely wrong apartment, and take more than a month to get to apartment melds.
