NOT WORTH IT!!!!! Living at the Commons was overall not worth the cost. Rent is already high, and on top of that, utilities for a four-bedroom apartment came out to around $150–170 per person each month, which is excessive compared to what’s provided. The commons might have some of the worst property management i’ve ever seen. They will put paint over mold, send new subleases into the completely wrong apartment, and take more than a month to get to apartment melds. Can’t be said enough how bad they manage their tenants and shouldn’t be trusted worth a penny. Rent at
