On my last month of rent I SET UP direct deposit payments from my account to them, only for them to NOT USE IT and claim I "never payed rent." They then had the audacity to issue a LATE FEE and give me a $25 penalty, along with an eviction notice. Also no AC for a building that was built in the last 2-3 years charging

Ending my stay at this place in december. For students who have just gotten out of residence, or anybody trying to settle down in the city this place is ideal start for a few months. It allows hastle free renting without the the issues of the regular market. Rooms are also pretty nice with basic amenities and available
