The apartments are nice and spacious for the price, you are guaranteed to see many a roach, dead or alive, despite their efforts. They're good about as-needed action but they get inside a lot in summer. The management is not very proactive, and is kind of cryptic.

This place has HUGE roaches. The kind that are 3 inches long and hard to step on. I’ve *never* lived with roaches until I came here. Disgusting apartment building. Can’t wait for my lease to be up!
