I am currently living here for about 7 more months and since the beginning i have complained MULTIPLE times about a missing screw in my chair which makes the chair slanted and the maintenance came to fix it and then it immediately broke again afterwards and no one has come again (it’s been 2 months and still not fixed)

It is a tip you pay them for staying there. Out of my Є1000, I got 550 back, and 650 out for "damages". These damages were already in the room wh

New building, clean studio, with kitchenette complete with tableware and microwave. Cant cook because no stove, but you can reheat/ cook /steam /grill with its multi cooker oven.
