My daughter lived here for the past 4 months, abroad, excellent service, cleaning and support. The staff is amazing and very accommodating on any request. This place is centrally located, everything near, metro, buses, malls, pharmacy, grocery etc etc. Her plan cover meals, she studies in Carlos III, which is one metro

I do not recommend this residence at all. Firstly, they are very strict about visitors, don’t be surprised if you find them knocking at your door after hours for your visitor to leave. The staff are not friendly. There is no kitchen and no cooking appliances are allowed so you’re forced to buy from their unhealthy food

My stay at Masterhome Residencia whilst attending IE SUMMER SCHOOL 2022 in July was just fabulous! Loved the people there. Food is nice but it would be hard for a Pure Vegetarian to have proper meals. The rooms very clean and the staff is truly very supportive and interactive. Love to visit there again.
