I've stayed at this complex for about 3 years. I was very appreciative of the opportunity to stay as a first time renter. My unit was older and in need of an update, but for the price 1bed/1ba, I couldn't complain. What I could complain about is the lack of communication and maintenance issue that I experienced there.
