I don’t even live here but in a building across the street. Somehow at 7am on random days they are messing with the roof and the HVAC up there. It is always very loud and disturbing to the point of waking me up in a building a block away. I wonder why they are ALWAYS doing maintenance up there. Must be some weird issue

Got a chance to talk to the property managers here and it was the most dreadful experience EVER! So condescending. Did not bat an eye about our point of view and acted like only their viewpoint was right. Given, the interaction wasn’t about signing a lease, but even considering that, I would NEVER consider living here
