Feels more like a prison then a residence. Maybe because I experienced other XIOR residences outside Spain, but it all feels very forced and the staff is not necessarily kind. They will scold you for everything and anything even if you didn’t know it was not allowed. The rooms are good but not that big of a difference
the rooms were big and clean but most of the time there were dust which annoyed because i have Allergy, good staff and very helpful, thanks to marta and Alvaro for the help with some stuff off mine . especially alvaro used to be helpful with places to go to. very nice and a funny guy . good cleaning staff . food is alm
I spent more than 10 months here. It's a great experience！They provide good facilities, humanized service and quiet environment. In particular, the receptionist and manager in the duty room are very nice people. Overall, it's a very good choice for students.
