Nice place but will tow you the second they can. Wrote a note on my car saying I will get my new parking pass the next day and told management about it: towed. My parking pass accidentally fell one day even though I always park at the same spot and my car is registered on the website: towed. I’m down $700
Management is super nice and helpful. The snacks in the leasing office are very morale boosting. Maintenance is usually quick and they are able to help with almost anything. I feel like they try to listen to the residents.
