RUN AWAY! Let me explain: 2024/2025: I moved to the M Seattle, I was a junior back then in UW, the building was amazing, my room small but quiet and the view was stunning, some issues around the year like a broken alarm, or lights, a flood or broken floor but all in all best customer service and care and fast answers.

Pipe maintenance was carried out without adequate advance notice. I unknowingly used the water for drinking and cooking before seeing the midday notification. The hot water was visibly cloudy/gray. When raised as a safety concern, no solution or guidance was provided, and the conversation was dismissed abruptly. Manage
