The amenities, the surrounding area, and rate of living are great and the only reason why I didn’t give this apartment 1 star. However, there are so many issues and difficulties that come with staying here. The elevators break almost every week, if not only 1, both of them are down. For someone who lives on the 6th flo
I was a previous resident at the nine at the time of move out a roomate of mine dog damage the apartment and left without paying . I contacted leasing who billed me for the damage and disputed the charges with proof , her being the only one in the unit with a dog should have been enough proof to bill her for the damage
Kyle, the Property Manager, was extremely helpful throughout the leasing process for my daughter. He patiently answered my many questions and made everything much easier to understand. Very knowledgeable and professional!
