Whole building is made out of cardboard, none of the walls are soundproof. They charged me for a door they never even fixed even 6 months later. Staff is great although the company is very greedy. Todd is disgustingly overpriced, you’re ultimately paying for the convenience of living on campus but that’s about all that’s good with this place. The apartments themselves are really small and the price is not justified. Some bedrooms are bigger than the others and the small rooms have NO wiggle room whatsoever. Payi
My roommates and I walked into the leasing office 5 minutes before closing, and Havon was more than willing to accommodate us.
