The locations for these apartments are great. That’s all that’s great about them. They SEEM to be a fair price. They’re not . you’ll end up paying around $200 in fees per month from washer and dryer “rentals” to a $90 cable package that you’re forced to use. Not to mention the expensive electric bill no matter the time

Trotters Park is a great place to live as it is close to the Short North and Grandview but away from all the noise. The new management (Ren and Brandi) are fantastic. Not only do they care about you as a human (not just a resident), but they are always actively seeking ways to improve the property and bring the complex
