They're scammers. That's pretty much the sum of my experience with them. They charge arbitrary amounts for utilities. I was charged about $270 for a three month period when I had moved out 1 month and 10 days into that period. They also charged me $70 dollars in damages. These damages included trash in the commons area

He documented the return of the shitty mattress because he bought his own, charged $200. I helped him clean the apartment before he moved out, charged $50. Blinds were not damaged, charged $65.
