Stayed here for my exchange in Rouen, France. My stay there was pleasant with several supermarkets nearby and metro station. The only downside was that the water heater had several problems during my stay (and it was winter!!), laundry room's ceiling was leaking quite regularly, internet connection wasn't the good and

This is the worst place I've ever stayed in any country. They have their rooms good but the management here is worse they don't event give you the proper respect and they try to get your money as much as possible. I never expected it to be this worse. My suggestion, for this price and this attitude towards their tenant

Lovely residency with all you could possibly need, the rooms are clean and have a lot of storage space, the only minor issue I had was that the oven in the common area didn’t work, but it should be fixed by the next term.
