If it were not for Brianna at the front, this review would have 2 stars for service. The manager Mariana i believe is her name, was rather rude. My mother called prior to arriving to hotel to request early check in. She was told 2 is the earliest and a possible $25 extra charge. Which would be fine if we weren't travel
Affordable hotel, good to sleep overnight with the basic. Only concern is the cleanliness as the carpet feel tacky and there were still hair in the tub. Bonus point as the staff were super nice but deducted point for the parking lot/ location seem really risky with not a lot of lighting or camera, there were camera on
Honestly, this place is one of the worst hotels I've stayed in. The amenities are outdated and the ACs clearly have not been maintained since they smell atrociously bad, making the entire room smell bad. The parking is also horrible. The only reason why I'm giving it 2 stars is because it was a good enough place to sle
