Some rooms face the inside of the building and you'll never see the light of day, and they'll have you pay the same as a larger room with an outdoor facing window. I got the small inner-facing room. Definitely a newer place and close to campus, but experience with management has been horrible, especially with the change in management companies last fall. In our experience they have been very dishonest, they don't follow through on requests, or even on what they say they will do, the lease documents are conflicting
So excited to live here in the Fall, at my tour I felt that the area was so safe and it has very nice amenities!! Choose stateside! ☺️☺️☺️
